Our Mission

We exist to help founders, builders, and IT professionals balance faith and work. We learn from each other, share what we are building, and grow in both our skills and our character. We discuss real problems, share opportunities, and build genuine friendships.

Our Standards

What we encourage:

• ✓Be helpful – share what you know, ask what you don’t.
• ✓Treat every member the way you’d treat a colleague you respect.
• ✓Give honest, constructive feedback when asked.
• ✓Show up – online and at meetups.
• ✓Think long-term: build relationships, not just connections.

What we do not accept:

• ✗Spam, self-promotion, or low-effort content.
• ✗Disrespectful, offensive, or divisive behavior.
• ✗Lurking indefinitely without contributing.

How We Interact

Moderators will step in when needed to protect the health of this community. This includes deleting and pausing messages, or removing members who harm the space.

Asking Questions

• ✓Include context, what you’ve tried, and what you need.
• ✗Drop vague one-liners expecting others to do the thinking.

Sharing Content

• ✓Share resources, insights, or experiences that help others grow.
• ✗Reels, shorts, memes, or anything you wouldn’t share in a professional setting.
• ✗Self-promotion without genuine value to the group.
• ✗Content with music, unless purely informative.
• ✗Low-effort forwards or chain messages.

General Conversation

• ✗Long off-topic threads – take them to DMs.
• ✗Heated debates or unprofessional language.
• ✗Strong opinions on topics outside your experience.
• ✗Political discussions unrelated to professional life.

Adding Friends

• ✓Share the joining link and let them apply on their own.
• ✗Requesting in the group to add someone directly.

Enforcement

Our moderation team enforces these guidelines to keep this space professional and healthy. Violations will be addressed fairly. If you have questions or concerns, message moderators directly.
